Book Your Dream Shell:
Spur-D makes and delivers Shelters of various sizes and details. Smaller shelters/units can be used for landscaping, interiors, pet houses, pavilions and play-areas. Larger shelters are ideal for Hutments, Houses & Cafes.
Introductory Discounts:
- Up-to 10% in conventional constructions, and up-to 25% on Spur-Dome-Shells.
- Catering to the urban and approachable areas of all States in the mainland India, only.
Conditions:
- Minimum size of the Project: 200 Sq M Floor Area/ 100 SqM Ground Cover
- Additional costs will be levied:
- For additional earthwork, carriages, etc.
- For Logistics/ Transportation/ Taxes/ Surcharges, appropriate to the site
- For additional facilities (like: site design, supervision, etc.) or elements (partitions, elevational features, interior and exterior finishing, etc.) created upon specific request by the proposer later on.
- Responsibilities of the proposer:
- Approvals from the competent authority
- Water (for construction), Electricity connection of 2 KW and a minimum additional working area on site (as per agreement) adjacent to the site of construction, till the completion of construction of Shell.
- Design of a hut will be deemed to be accepted by the proposer upon booking.
- The dome-shells made by Spur-D are monolithic in character; no structural alterations are permitted in it, without professional guidance from Spur-D.
Right to Product & Brand:
Spur-D-Shelters Services Private Limited (or Spur-D) will continue to own all rights over the Design, Technology, Product and Brand of Spur-Domes and Shells constructed by it or through associated agencies. Spur-D owns complete right to display its brand, demonstration of process though images and videos, hiring of apprentices and interns, etc.
Non-franchisable uses of Spur-D (Domes and Shells):
Besides the applications shown on the website, Spur Domes and Shells can be very handy and useful for Affordable Housing Solutions, Site Offices and as Disaster Relief Shelters.
Application of 10% Introductory Discount on Conventional Construction Part:
